As always with any new media you might have questions.

    Here are some you might have about our services.

•  How do I get started?......    Follow the easy instructions on the Online Order page. Click to either sign up for a 1 month pass or order DVD'S online. 
• What do I need to view the online videos with?.....   You need a high-speed internet connection ( dsl or cable ). The videos play using a Microsoft Windows media player. If you have a PC this is built in to your computer. If you have a Mac you might need to download the Mac player online.
• I am a new student, will these classes be appropriate for me?.....All of our classes are for every level of student.  Take the class at your own pace.  If something feels uncomfortable please come out of the pose.  Always consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise program.
• I don't have a credit card can I still sign up?.....  No, unfortunately we are set up for credit card payments only.
